Microsoft Teams is a collaborative meeting and screen-sharing platform with capabilities including chat, breakout rooms, video conferencing, and more. Microsoft is continuously adding new and exciting features that engage users.
Effective January 1, 2021, our public and private classes will be run on the Microsoft Teams platform. This is a move we decided to make due to positive feedback from you, our clients, about Teams and private sessions we have run through the Teams platform.
For private sessions if you would prefer to use RingCentral over Teams or if you have a familiar platform you use internally, our trainers would also be able to use it for training. Our trainers have experience with many screen-sharing/meeting platforms including Webex, Adobe Connect, GoToMeeting, and more.

Here are some frequently asked questions about our move to Teams:
I am an organizer and already have a private class scheduled on RingCentral. Do we now need to switch it to the Teams platform?
For any private classes scheduled on our previous platform, RingCentral, we will reach out to you and determine whether you would like to remain on RingCentral or switch to the Teams platform. We will be maintaining RingCentral licenses until the end of 2021 as we fully migrate to Teams.
I am not sure if Teams works on my device. Can I book a test with JN Software/CompuEase?

No, you do not need a Microsoft 365 license to attend classes on Teams.
